This free online resource offers exciting opportunities to learn about Nuneaton Abbey, enabling your students to investigate the past in a fun and interactive workshop.

Nuneaton Abbey had an enormous impact on the development of the town, even changing its name! Eaton became Nuneaton after ‘the nuns of Eaton’. The Abbey established the weekly market and the village became a town, growing in size and prosperity.

Through these fantastic and fun online resources your students can explore this important part of Nuneaton’s history. All activities and resources are flexible to use as suits your class and time available.

There are separate resources for Key Stage One and Key Stage Two which include:
